Service operator

ClockHub is operated by Valio Studio as a collection of browser-based clock, time, and date tools.

Data kept in your browser

ClockHub processes tool state in your browser and may use browser storage so selected settings remain available on later visits.

• ClockHub may store your selected Light, Dark, or System theme in this browser.
• ClockHub may store a short ordered list of recently opened tools for the home-page shortcuts.
• Individual tools may store preferences such as clock styles, time zones, favorite cities, timers, backgrounds, configured media IDs or URLs, and browser-local image data.
• You can remove this local data with your browser's site-data or storage controls. ClockHub does not currently provide an account-level data dashboard.
• ClockHub does not synchronize these browser-local preferences to a ClockHub account or preference server. This does not mean the service makes no network requests.

ClockHub analytics fields

ClockHub uses a finite set of measurement events to understand page traffic, navigation, sharing, fullscreen outcomes, and eligible advertising surfaces.

• For ClockHub-defined Google Analytics page-view events, URL fields use the page pathname. The page title and finite service fields may also be sent.
• ClockHub-defined page-view and custom events omit query strings, URL fragments, shared-link contents, search terms, tool inputs and results, user labels, raw errors, and stack traces.

Shared URLs

ClockHub creates a share URL only after an explicit copy or share action. A share URL is not private browser storage.

• Shared URLs may include tool state such as dates, times, cities, durations, display settings, calculator values or rows, timestamps, birth or comparison dates, and timezone search text.
• Alarm, event countdown, multi-timer, and classroom timer links may include user-entered labels or titles in the URL.
• Do not put sensitive or confidential information in any value, label, title, or search text that you include in a shared URL.
• Copying a link does not upload all local preferences by itself. Opening or sending the link exposes its URL to the browser, hosting infrastructure, recipients, and services involved in navigation.

Analytics and advertising providers

Third-party services operate under their own policies, technical behavior, retention rules, and account settings.

• ClockHub may load Google Analytics. The ClockHub-defined event fields are limited as described above, but provider-side collection, retention, and account configuration are controlled by Google.
• ClockHub may load Cloudflare Web Analytics and uses Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. ClockHub's Google Analytics sanitizer does not control Cloudflare's provider payload or account settings.
• ClockHub may display Google AdSense advertisements. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and the applicable consent configuration.

Images, video, fonts, and other assets

Some optional visual settings and ordinary site assets cause the browser to contact ClockHub hosting or an external content provider.

• Opening or selecting Bing background images sends requests to Bing and loads the selected image from Bing.
• Video background controls may load thumbnails and embedded video from YouTube or another configured external video source supported by the tool.
• Fonts, icons, and other site assets are delivered to your browser through ClockHub's hosting infrastructure and create ordinary network requests.
• If you enter a custom image or media URL, your browser contacts that external host when the asset is rendered. That provider's policies and technical behavior apply.
