Know what the holiday switch covers

The workday count can skip weekends by default and Korean public holidays when the holiday toggle is enabled. Keep local holiday rules separate for other countries.

• Use the holiday toggle only when Korean public holidays are the right assumption
• Leave the toggle off for plain Monday-to-Friday business-day math
• Confirm local holiday rules separately for non-Korean schedules
